I know that a new theme always takes quite a bit of time getting used to, but right now I thing the new buttons are downright ugly. To make them appear, go to View/Toolbars/Customize, successively check/uncheck the "Use Small Icons" option, then exit this menu. However, the new back/forward buttons have already been backed out due to a Ts regression (https://bugzilla.mozilla.org/show_bug.cgi?id=386228), so they won't be there anymore in the 2008012904 nightly. “The back and forward navigation buttons have yet to change”
